cultural elegance as a private residence throughout much of the early 20th century in the City of
New Castle. Today it is re-emerged as home to a diverse group of independent professional
consultants who redefine the traditional concepts of integrity, work ethic and competence.

We try to strive at
Signature Hill to establish a traditional work ethic. In this "I need it yesterday" world, we find
ourselves approached by two types of people. On the one hand, a person who waits to the last minute,
or on the other hand a type "A" personality person, who wants to be first, set the agenda for
success and set it agressively. We believe that we can address both types of persons. Unless
impossible, we will turn your work around quickly. We are open and on call 24 hours a day, we take
time away from our families, if necessary, on weekends and after five o'clock, to get your work
done on a timely basis.

The very name Signature Hill was chosen to express to all that 318-328 Highland Avenue, who you are
is as important to our professionals as what you are.
Most people don't care how much you know..., until
they know that you care. At Signature Hill, and in talking with our professionals, you won't

There are minimal standards, of course, for licensure, but again, we don't believe that minimal standards,
