My individual discipline is practicing law. We have a legal division here of which I’m a member of.
There are several independent practitioners; I'm one of them. I graduated from college with a Bachelor
of Science Degree, a Master of Science Degree, in education in school administration and a Juris
Doctorate degree in law. I was a former teacher and a high school assistant principal and then eventually
became an assistant prosecutor in Lawrence County for about 7 years.
I now have a private practice of law located at Signature Hill.
Although I am a general practitioner in all areas; I have a wealth of experience in criminal law…
It's obvious that when you're a lawyer's office, there are problems and you want to avoid future problems.
In both events, it is vitally important for you to understand that we care and we can relate.

I have a jurist doctorate degree in law, a Bachelor of Science degree in education, and a Master of Science
degree in school administration… I really enjoy public speaking
Having been a former intercollegiate football player… Prior to practicing law, I taught school, coached football,
basketball, and track, and was an assistant high school principal...
Motivational… public speaking… is my passion
I attended law school in the evening at Duquesne University school of Law, while working full-time as an assistant
principal in a high school… this was very difficult, but the work ethic, I inherited from my parents
made it possible
FAMILY
I am married to Dianne Papa, I have three children: Annie age 12, who attends Catholic school at St. Vitus elementary
school in New Castle, Pennsylvania, a daughter Jessica, who works for a newspaper company in Phoenix, Arizona, and a
son Christopher who is also an attorney at law, practicing with me and who is married to Joanna Papa. They have a
five-year-old son Alexander… children and family issues are important to this law office.
LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The physical location of our office is 318 Highland Avenue, New Castle, PA, in a beautiful turn-of-the-century mansion
built in 1902. It was a former residence to a leading industrialist at the same time in our city's history.
I have been practicing law for approximately 21 years. My earliest experience was as an assistant prosecutor for seven
years in the Lawrence County District Attorney office… Although I am a general practitioner in all areas;
I have a wealth of experience in criminal law…
FAITH
Although I am a firm believer that everyone has the absolute personal right to chose whether to believe in, and if so,
how to, give honor and service… to a higher power, my faith has been an indispensable part of my entire life,
and my practice. My faith is vitally important to my career…

Superior Court of Pennsylvania,
Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania,
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania,
Federal District Court,
United States Circuit Court of Appeals,
and approximately 17 counties, 7 states, and 2 countries…
my most prized resource… is my faith…
