"FREE" Consultation - BECOMING A LEGAL CLIENT AT SIGNATURE HILL
In all legal cases, our office provides the following:
1. A free consultation… aimed at determining whether you need an attorney
at all… whether you have a legal remedy… what it will take to be successful… and whether
or not, there are multiple success possibilities.
2. This free consultation includes, a written… action plan… which will
break down each of the procedural tasks which need to be done to initiate a request for relief.
3. This action plan, of necessity creates an assignment list for our entire office
staff. This is your work order.
4. This work order contains a projected time allotment associated with it.. which provides
an item by item listing of projected items and hours… so that when multiplied by our hourly rate, and added
to the various costs that may be associated with your file... creates a reliable written estimate before you
hire anyone.
5. The action plan, is almost always broken down into phases…
so that the task list can be kept to the barest minimum to get started and keeps the
initial price to a minimum, for obvious reasons, and so that you can monitor the success in phase 1…
and determine whether you want to proceed depending on how that phase went and whether or not you want to proceed with us.
6. Also included in the initial consultation, are discussions concerning the possibility of
the existence of what we refer to as alternative exit strategies. Obviously, the goal is to win
all of the issues and the entire file. Make no mistake about it; we take second seat to no one. In pursuit of this
goal, however any realistic approach by an experienced attorney is always cognizant of lesser desirable but other
valuable positive objectives, which eliminates the risk, still put the client in a better position
than he was, and save a significant amount of fees.
7. As always, the client is in complete control of determining when and if ever a case would be settled.
8. Because the action plan, is discussed in the presence of the client with client participation.
And is done in editable… format; you have significant control over the initial expenditure.
No fee is charged, or expands upon, without express written agreement by both our office and the client.
The action plan will also include at least to payment options and the office accepts all major credit cards.
9. Because the action plan is in written form,
not only is it not unusual for clients to take the written projection to another family member or friend,
who will (in some cases) help finance part of the file, it is also not unusual for clients to come back
months later, and initiate the action plan, without having to work all of those details out again.
10. Work ethic, is more than just a phrase at Signature Hill,… my parents were of southern
European background, neither of them had the opportunity to be educated in college, both of them are now
passed away, and although my siblings and I did not inherit any financial assets from our past parents,
we inherited something much more precious, a very basic, solid work ethic.
Fortunately, I do not need to go to the dark, dangerous steel mills, like my father,
or weekly wax the cellar floor like my mother, but I'm proud to say that I work just as hard for my clients…
my work ethic has many times been the difference in success and failure in a file. This work ethic translates,
into us doing whatever we need to do to get a phase 1 paperwork into the courthouse (unless impossible) within
days of your hiring us. The action plan includes a start date that we live by.
11. Additionally, we pride ourselves on including all of the important facts in that
documentation. This is vitally important, because before we get to utter a word in court, or in chambers we
want the court to become aware of your story by reading our documents
12. Additionally, when we eventually get to court or discuss the case in chambers with the
judge we will add a passionate, oral expression to the written documentation… both of which will allow you to
know that your story has been heard by the judge or fact finder.
13. For anyone to guarantee results in this pursuit would not only be foolish, but most likely
unethical. Our only guarantee to you is that we will get your story in document form. and then deliver a
passionate argument because we do not take cases we do not spiritually and emotionally believe in.
Being a client here is by invitation only... we will not take a case we do not believe in… although that may
sound harsh, the flipside of that message is that if we take your case, we will do everything to bring it to
some type of successful conclusion because it's the right thing to do.
14. Our office is a solution oriented office, and although we are as aggressive
as anyone in this business, we are firmly committed to the belief that people can disagree… without being
disagreeable. We tell her clients before they hire as if you're looking for someone to do something underhanded,
mean-spirited, or vindictive, it would be better for you to select a different attorney.
15. We are no strangers to the courtroom and other attorneys know that.
16. We are also no strangers, to the appellate court system and other attorneys also know that also.
When and if the need arises we can take your case to the appellate to the courts
17. We pride ourselves, on keeping our clients involved in every facet of the case. Every written
document which comes into or leaves this office related in any way to your file will be sent to you.
