     Generally speaking, successful, busy, people rarely have enough time to learn something new. Both the learning curve, and the expense to an individual attorney, prevents most attorneys from maximizing the huge benefit of high technology in this ancient profession.

Being part of our group helps other (academically diversified) attorneys solve this problem. Having a uniform system, uniformed training, uniform support, and consolidated expenditures for a diversified team of attorneys, not only permits us to attract other attorneys, but thereby offer diversified services to the consumer in a multiple of academic and geographic areas.

The old concept of practicing law was to (physically) put a diverse group of several attorneys in one building, requiring the firm to pay a fixed weekly payroll to several specialized lawyers regardless of whether they were needed or not in order to offer the public, specialties, in one office location. Although this is a solid way to provide service to a diversified customer base, the fixed weekly paychecks to that team of professionals, creates fixed overhead, which can only be met by huge billable hourly rates, passed on to the customer to continually support the program.

We have found a Better way, to associate with limitless numbers of professionals in even more diversified academic areas, and geographic areas, and they only get paid… when they are working on a particular file. Elimination of fixed overhead “in this “wall less law firm concept” works amazing advantages for the consumer…

We try to strive at Signature Hill to establish a traditional work ethic. In this "I need it yesterday" world, we find ourselves approached by two types of people. On the one hand, a person who waits to the last minute, or on the other hand a type "A" personality person, who wants to be first, set the agenda for success and set it agressively. We believe that we can address both types of persons. Unless impossible, we will turn your work around quickly. We are open and on call 24 hours a day, we take time away from our families, if necessary, on weekends and after five o'clock, to get your work done on a timely basis.

CLIENT ORIENTATION

One of the things that we pride ourselves on at Signatue Hill is a client orientation program which can take as much as an hour or more. IT IS FREE. A free consultation is offered so that you can get an idea of what it is to become a client at Signature Hill.

During that client orientation, you will be given a written contract which outlines all of the terms between you and I, as attorney at law and client. It will explain to you what you can expect of our office and what we expect of you, as a client.
