RECRUITING A MULTI DISCIPLINED GROUP OF PROVIDERS

     Although the many diversified dimensions which make up the total human being can create multiple challenges, it likewise can be made to provide multiple opportunities for success. The diversity of my background, taught me a long time ago that a person is a total human being, made up of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and sociological deficiencies, strengths, and needs.
     The usual model, in addressing multiple diversified needs, is for individual experts to independently meet with the person for each of those needs. We have determined that the best way to provide services to real property customers is to draw upon all of those basic needs after proper assessment.
     The first challenge was, for us to assemble a relevant, diversified group of professional academic areas based upon the standardized minimal consumer demands, as follows:

CREATING A “PLAY BOOK”

     Even the best group of ballplayers on a baseball team, or musicians in an orchestra are not effective at all, unless they are playing off of the same playbook or sheet music, with an agreed upon manager or conductor.

     Providers provide us, their own questionnaire for the proper assembling of intake, sorting data. Once that data is analyzed, a comprehensive plan is created, passed among the team members, and ultimately approved by the customer.
