INFORMED OPINION
The voice... and ears... of Signature Hill
Informed opinion, is the trade name given to the marketing and informational dissemination division, of all of the
Signature Hill projects.
The goal is, to disseminate, and receive “informed data” on an on-going basis to be educated, and to educate on the
latest information and technologies available, in this age of information explosion.
The concept is, to purchase air time… on radio and TV in bulk, so that the price can be as low as possible, the show
can be promoted as much as possible, be placed within a predictable time and day slot, and last long enough for the
message to be heard, and retained by a reasonable number of persons.
The SH negotiated media contracts, feature the ability to retain money from any sponsorships, commercials, and guest
appearances, for purposes of reinvesting those revenues so that more time slots can be purchased, in more areas, for
longer durations of time.
The show will feature a competent narrator, who will direct, unrehearsed, (spontaneous no production required)
conversation from various professionals who have joined USAPC for purposes of providing them a forum, without costly
scripting to distribute a complicated, informational, message..
This format will permit this type of professional who has a message which does not lend itself well to traditional
marketing sound bites, to instead creating message more in the nature of an infomercial…
The participants in the show, will not need to be at the studio and can be interviewed over the telephone.
Each show, can and will be copied and reproduced in disk form, which can be mailed to prospective customers, streamed
on the Internet, and posted in the particular USAPC network category, played in other radio stations, other time slots,
or repeated numerous times.
It should be noted, that USA PC extends an option and invitation, to any informed opinion guests to become permanent
members of the network and have a permanent instant e-mail response from any inquiries from any of our marketing efforts.,
or referrals from other network members.
Participation options include
1. Being an owner of a particular time slot for an entire six month to one year period.
This would entitle that owner to a least one third of the airtime, and a share in the revenues from other guests,
sponsors, owners, commercial soundbites, and reproduced disks or literature.
2. Being a guest, on any of the shows with no financial outlay other than $50 per minute of airtime.
3. Being a corporate sponsor of the entire show.
4. Being a commercial provider on the show.
The goal is to, establish as many daily time slots as possible, eventually covering each market area for at least a
half-hour in the morning, mid day, and he evening, at least once per week.
The show, which is part of USAPC will permit persons to contact the US PC networks web site, and leave messages for
any show participants, so that leads are tracted instantaneously.
The show will also feature, call in segments, on an intermittent basis so that informed opinions can be gleaned from the public.
Eventually, we would like to adopt the same format in cable television.
