DISCLAIMER:
For best viewing of the Signature Hill Website it is recommended that you have Internet Explorer 7 or
Mozilla Firefox 2 or better.
To get the FULL VALUE of watching the videos without interruptions and best playability, once the initial
buffering of loading a video is done and the video starts… it is a good idea to pause ( || ) the video and
then wait for the video to fully load before watching.
To watch the video full screen… press the image of the magnifying glass in the bottom right corner of the
video. **Note: The video quality is not as good in full screen mode.
PROBLEM - Videos will not Load
- To correctly play videos, you will need Adobe Flash Player 9.

For the best viewing experience, you will need a broadband connection with at least 500 Kbps.
If the problem persists, a firewall or Internet blocker may be preventing videos from playing.
Temporarily disable your firewall to see whether the videos load. If the videos are played,
please adjust your firewall settings to enjoy videos. If you are unsure about how to change the
firewall settings, please contact the manufacturer of the firewall. If an Internet blocker is
preventing videos from playing, please contact the administrator of the Internet blocker.
Why do videos that I watch end early (show the end screen early)?:
If a video is cut off while it is loading, an incomplete copy will be saved on your computer.
You can try again by clearing your browser’s cache.
If the problem persists, you should check the stability of you Internet connection.

Clear the cache for Internet Explorer 7
- Click "Start" and select "Control Panel."
(Note: When using the Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows "Start" button and select
"Settings" and "Control Panel."
- Click the "Internet Options" icon.
- Click the "General" tab if it isn’t selected already.
- Click the "Delete" button.
- In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button.
- Click "OK" to exit.

- Click "Start" and select "Control Panel."

- Click the "Internet Options" icon.
- Click the "General" tab if it isn’t selected already.

- Open Mozilla Firefox and click the "Tools" menu.
- Select "Options" and then "Advanced." (top right)
- Click the "Network" tab.
- In the "Cache" section, click the "Clear Now" button.
- Click "OK" to exit.
Clear the cache
for Mozilla Firefox 1.x
- Open Mozilla Firefox and click the "Tools" menu.
- Select "Options" and then "Privacy."
- In the "Cache" section click "Clear."
- Click "OK" to exit.
Clear the cache
for Safari
- Click the "Safari" menu and select "Empty Cache."
- When asked "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?," click "Empty."
- Click "Done."
- Reload the page.
Why won’t the video finish loading?
If the video’s buffering is interrupted in any way, an incomplete copy can get stuck in your cache and
never fully load.
You can attempt to restart the buffering by clearing your browser’s cache.
If the problem persists, you should check the stability of you Internet connection.
